About
All meditation practices lead are based on personal daily practice &
a training journey through the practices of
“Mindfulness based stress reduction” – MBSR program.
It supports stress reduction, emotional regulation.
By then, meditation is a practice of attention,
mindfulness a non judgemental way of being moment by moment.
With a specific focus on the situated body
it is to reconnect with our places & spaces
through ourself in the day to day life.
It emphasizes listening, respect, understanding & care.
It leads a path where changes perspective & relationships to our environment.
Through art & architecture it opens up creativity & channels
spatial organization, forms & patterns supporting well being linked to the environment connected to ourself.
